These Terms of Use govern your use of the Hannes Dicks Biokineticist Rehab Portal app (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

The App provides tools to support your biokinetic rehabilitation, including appointment booking, exercise programs, progress tracking, messaging and billing. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the App only for its intended purpose.

Not a substitute for medical advice

The App is a practice management and patient engagement tool. Information in the App does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult your treating biokineticist or doctor regarding your condition and treatment.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You can request account closure or deletion from within the App. Clinical records are retained by the practice for legal and health-record purposes.

Payments

Session fees and other charges are as communicated by the practice. Payments processed through the App are handled by our payment provider under its terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the practice is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
